5. Project Budget

The Vision Impact Fund provides project-specific funding of up to AUD $75,000 per year for a maximum of three (3) years. Total funding awarded will not exceed AUD $225,000 per project. Applications requesting funding above these limits will not be considered.

Provide a detailed budget for your project, broken down by year and cost category. I understand that if my application is successful, I will be required to submit progress reports at 3, 6, and 12 months following commencement of the funded project. I also understand that Perth Eye Foundation may request photographs and other materials related to the project for use in PEF publications, website, and marketing materials, and I agree to make reasonable efforts to provide these upon request.
